Product Owner – Data Analyst E-Commerce

The Opportunity:
As a Senior/Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Partner with the various client and product teams including but not limited to ecommerce, sales, customer enablement, new product innovation (NPI), revenue growth management.


Responsibilities:
Product development and management experience overseeing the design, development and launch of successful digital products. Having build and designed e-commerce products is an added advantage.
At least 2 years leading and managing team

Preferred Domain:

CPG, experience of having worked with CPG data and knowledge of CPG processes in areas of supply chain, and master data.

Enable domain guidance on project activities as it relates to data integration, analysis and visualizations and other analytical solutions.
The ability to work well across departments and in a team environment, SCRUM experience will be a plus.
Collaborate with customer teams across multiple service lines and markets to develop

eCommerce analytics-oriented products

around areas of digital shelf, competitive activity, pricing, availability, share of search, and online product assortment
Concrete experience managing complex digital products which have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research data and industry trends.

Partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements and shape business strategy for customer analytics.
Outstanding relationship building across technology and business partners.
High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Ability to execute methodically while also thinking strategically.
Analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead high performance cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years of Information Technology experience.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

A minimum of 4 years prior experience in customer & sales analytics, category insights/management, shopper insights, or related field is required.

Deep analytical expertise and core data experience working with customer and syndicated data (i.e. PoS, IRI, Nielsen, e-commerce Marketplace).
Knowledge of PoS Data, Web Scrapes, Digital Shelf Data is Preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to optimally communicate findings and clearly articulate business value of the analytical solutions is required.

Attention to detail, pro-active problem-solving, collaboration and organizational skills is required.
Ability to assess, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data is required.
Hands-on data

visualization skills

in Power BI are required; Good knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
Experience with large datasets is preferred.
Experience in CPG industry

is preferred.
