  • 5+ years of Workday configuration experience with a general understanding of all Workday Modules and a focus on Workday Core HCM and Recruiting preferred
  • Prior Workday Functional certification would be great alongwith certification done
  • Experience on Workday configuration role
  • Experience in the development and implementation of process and systems changes.
  • Broad Operational experience in HR, Project Management and HRIS a plus
  • Experience managing a team in project setting
  • Plan, design, and configure Workday compensationrelated modules for all enhancements or break/fix
  • Guide business stakeholders through Workday Release functionality review to determine what optional functionality we will 'turn on' with each release
  • Lead/Participate in interactive discussions regarding requirements and possible methods of configuration within the Workday HCM Modules
  • Provides well thought out and actionable recommendations
  • Serves as an escalation point to lower tier support
  • Knowledge of interfaces for data exchanges with SAP
