Property Manager

What you'll be doing:
- Ensure site manpower is prepared to tackle challenges through guidance and support.
- Establish budgeting controls and monitor SLAs & KPIs for effective service delivery.
- Maintain service level agreements and strive for excellence in performance.
- Oversee vendor quotations, invoices, and billing information accuracy.
- Plan site manpower needs and participate in the hiring process.
- Carry out daily site rounds for proper maintenance and teamwork.
- Assist in creating the annual budget and implementing effective management strategies.
- Communicate with occupants, manage complaints, and ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Create business continuity plans and handle emergency maintenance matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for smooth property operations.
- Generate daily and monthly management reports and coordinate document management.
- Collaborate with regional teams for report closures and uphold safety standards.
Clients:
You will work on Gera - World of Joy, a residential project located in Pune.
Site dynamics:
Work Schedule: Property Manager +2. Additional details if applicable.
Reporting:
You will report to the Operation Manager.
Location:
On-site in Pune, Maharashtra.
