Job overview:

The Sales Excellence Executive is a critical business role that will look at the overall sales process and report/analyse trends for management.

The role is a analytical role and looks at calling and managing risk and upside, identifying/targeting high-value opportunities, and translating business insights into business models that accelerate business outcomes and customer/partner satisfaction.


What you'll do:

  • Work with the sales leadership and regional managers to support the daytoday operational management of the sales organization
  • Collaborate with management to define, lead and deliver initiatives to support revenue growth from sales and increased sales productivity, drive process improvements, including sales methodology, sales support and training
  • Reporting (daily/monthly) and use of CRM to increase sales productivity, including Sales Presentations, Sales and Marketing Collateral.
  • Coordinate and schedules events,
  • Overall CRM administration
  • General Operations and Administrative support

Profile requirements:

  • Graduate with 23 Years of experience, IT background preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
  • Strong Computer Skills (Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Knowhow of Sales CRM systems. Added advantage for Microsoft CRM knowledge.
  • Positive Attitude, energetic and dependable.
