About The Role:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with the configuration and administration skills and sound knowledge of CMDB.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
Additionally, work with us on ServiceNow development and operations.About The Team:
What You'll Do In This Role:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, partner closely with development team to ensure feature delivery to business stakeholders
Configure incident, problem, change, knowledge management and CMDB in ServiceNow.
Time to time, you will be addressing ServiceNow issues, configuring catalogs, managing users, roles, and groups in ServiceNow.
Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
Develop documentation including business process diagrams, requirements documents, and user guides.
Understand in depth the business processes, customer requirements and develop proof-of-concepts.
Captures business requirements in a form of agile stories as well as validating developed functionalities end to end.
What You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
BE – Computer Science/ MCA or related field or equivalent experience.
We expect you to have good understanding of ServiceNow platform, 4-8 years experience is preferred.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
Understanding of ITIL framework.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Experienced working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
