Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and account management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Indian job market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase engagement and adoption
  • Drive customer success outcomes by delivering best-in-class service and support
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Indian job market and industry trends
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the Indian job market is preferred
