Job Description

As a Controlling Manager , you will partner with the Head of Material & Components for H&M Brand to set and drive the holistic sourcing strategy in the area such as material and components. You bring strategic and data driven insights , co-create goals, action plans and roadmaps to fulfil the brand synergies from Production Groups. You set connected annual and seasonal goals to enable our end-to-end supply chain, and you oversee the execution of the set roadmaps across our production countries and drive business results subjected to material and components. You collaborate with key stakeholders across central functions, regions/country and beyond and set global way of working that produce strong analysis to bring clarity in changing business environment . You actively drive sustainability agenda in the area such as material and components for H&M to further strengthen our role as a responsible buyer and a leader in transforming the fashion industry. You lead your team with agility and autonomy. You know your team's strengths to develop them accordingly with the right plans and resources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set and co-create seasonal strategy and methods for material and component.
  • Collaborate with various functions to set the optimization for material and component.
  • Drive the business results and oversee the execution across production countries.
  • Lead your team with agility and autonomy.
Qualifications

To succeed as a Controlling Manager , you proactively identify business opportunities and risks and provide analytical guidance so that we can take appropriate actions to achieve global strategies and goals. What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of working experience in an analytical, controlling, or other similar role, preferably in textile industry
  • Proven experience in managing team with a proactive mindset of planning and prioritization skills.
  • Result-oriented with a strong drive, daring to challenge and take initiatives.
  • High ability to navigate within the organization, working cross functional to ensure best outcome.
  • Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with outstanding Excel Power BI or other Data Visualization Tools
  • Strong influencing skills and connection with H&M core values
Additional Information

This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position.
