Responsibilities Include

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for Scheduling Webinars ,Corporate MeetingsEngage the customer in conversation to explain solution features & benefitsFollow up on leads and schedule appointments for representativesAsk probing questions to understand the customer's needs to qualify interest levelsExplain about the event & help customers register for webinars/events/conferencesMaintain & share daily reports of all calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a timely mannerAccurately document customer information & call notesAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly call-out and quality targets.
