Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of kindergarten students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes positive behavior, active participation, and a sense of belonging among students.
- Foster a love for learning through handson experiences, playbased learning, and exploration of diverse topics and themes.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs, interests, and learning styles of students, including those with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support student progress, wellbeing, and schoolhome partnerships.
- Assess student progress and development using a variety of methods, including observation, informal assessment, and authentic assessment tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary units, special events, and enrichment activities that enhance the kindergarten experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education, pedagogy, and child development.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, student supervision, and classroom management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.
- Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development, emergent literacy, and numeracy concepts.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creativity, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment for all students.

₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
