As a Motion graphic designer on the creative team, you will be responsible for creating fascinating visuals that will drive business as well as engage users.

You will work closely with the Art lead, designers, and marketing teams to create thematic and tactical campaigns.

You will also bring your own creative ideas based on brand strategy, promotions, and social occasion briefs and will deliver these ideas into stunning visuals for digital ads, social media, and print mediums.


What You'll do:

  • Ideation and designing for communication pieces including digital ads, social engagement, inapp communication, print ads, outdoor ads, and BTL
  • Execute various adaptations for the campaigns while paying attention to details, maintaining the aesthetics of the layout and properties of the medium
  • Create tactical and topical campaigns around key business and consumer initiatives
  • Understand marketing problems and find creative and effective solutions around them
  • Think across platforms and channels, both traditional and newage, to create tailored content across eachchannel for both national and localized campaigns
  • Elevate your creative output by ensuring campaigns meet a high level of creativity and innovation
  • Develop innovative ideas/experiences that help tell meaningful stories which connect to consumers
  • Partner with Copywriters, Senior Designers, Brand Management, and Digital, and Customer Lifecycle teams for integrated campaign development

What we are looking for:

  • 48 years of experience as an art director in leading advertising agencies, branding studios, or ecommerce inhouse design teams
  • Bachelor/ Masters degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design from a toptier college
  • Ability to comprehend briefs objectively and arrive at an accurate understanding of marketing problems and design campaigns accordingly
  • Solid Experience in digital and print graphic
  • Experience in executing brand campaigns with a mix of digital, social, and traditional offline experience with demonstrated creative excellence
  • Excellent art skills and stronghold on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effects & Premiere is a plus
  • Must have a strong sense of typography, imagery, color theory, and compositions
  • Ability to multitask, be able to handle multiple brand projects simultaneously
  • A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and resourcefulness
  • Artistic skills and hunger to always stretch the creative envelope
