Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Haldiram Foods International Ltd.

The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, Developing recipes, cooking, and plating.

The Sous Chef will also collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of dishes.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. He should have an hands on experience with recipe commercialisation on Factory level. He should be efficient enough to handle all the key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
  • Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating highquality dishes
  • Certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in menu planning and recipe development is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing menus and kitchen requirements
