How you'll spend your day

To prepare, update, review and manage QMS documents as per SOPG029375. To maintain and update annual internal and vendor audit schedule. To perform and to ensure internal audit as per SOPG029383. To perform and to ensure general audit and facility audit as per schedule. To ensure that the audit reports are issued towards the internal audit and general audit performed. To provide support in performing investigations and / or preparation of investigation reports. To ensure that the observations made under the audit report is addressed and that the same is closed. To ensure that the trend analysis is carried out based on the observations made during the audits. To perform and to ensure audit of log books as per the SOPG029349. To support in preparation of remedial action implementation for the audit observations. To perform and to ensure vendor audit as per the SOPG029307. To ensure that the observations / findings on vendor audit are recorded under vendor audit report and shared with the vendor on a timely manner. To close the vendor audit report issued to the vendor based on the receipt of the acceptable response. To conduct external monitoring and remote monitoring of the process and procedures as per the Management requirement. To facilitate and coordinate hosting of regulatory inspection / sponsor audit / monitor visit.
