Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you become a trusted advisor to customers and internal partners, ensuring post-sales success. You focus on demonstrating value, guiding customers through onboarding, renewals, and expansions, and being a key contact for successful outcomes.

  • Guide customers through their journey milestones
  • Create dynamic success plans and handle exceptions
  • Build strong customer relationships and lead meetings
  • Monitor account health and metrics for continued success
  • Facilitate onboarding and nurture campaigns
  • Drive renewals and expansions, meeting financial targets
  • Deliver technical onboarding for workloads, ensuring revenue goals
  • Present status in internal reviews, identifying areas of risk
  • Forecast customer risks and drive mitigation strategies

Who You Are?

  • Possess strong understanding of customer success and/or experience
  • Map business requirements to product capabilities autonomously
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and strong project management
  • Complete internal sales handovers for smooth customer experience
  • Demonstrate experience as a self-starter in a competitive landscape
  • Leverage skills to find opportunities, drive value, and prioritize effectively
