Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients over calls & video calls to achieve weekly, monthly sales and client retention targets
  • Prompt resolution of client complaints
  • Daily 1820 client video meetings and call discussions for sales & servicing
  • Accurate mapping of products/services in client's ecatalog
  • Systematic followup with the clients to ensure timebound closure to sales & service issues
  • Good Verbal and written communication
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Should have an android phone and regular internet connectivity
