  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as required by management.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Airtel products and services is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
