Role: PostgreSQL / Oracle Senior developer

Experience: 5 years to 7 Years

Requirements

  • Should have in depth Knowledge and Experience in primarily PostgreSQL programming.
  • Should have good knowledge in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Knowledge of Aurora PostgreSQL and AWS services like S3 bucket, Lambda will be preferable
  • Strong command in Development, Design, Test and Implement complex Database Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Cursors, Triggers, Queries etc.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements.
  • Good at writing and understanding complex SQL statements.
  • Require Strong debugging /problem analyzing skills.
  • Experience in Tuning queries and API for Performance.
  • Should have strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently in the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of systems of moderate size/complexity with a fast turn-around.
  • Should be a Self-Motivator, Quick Learner, and good Team player.
  • Zeal to learn New Technologies and undertake challenging tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop, Design, Test and Implement complex Database Procedures, Functions, Views, Cursors, Triggers, Queries etc.

  • Ensure that database programs are in compliance with Vitech standards.
  • Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies.
  • Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support.
