Job Overview:
Hey there As a Regional Sales Health Insurance, you'll be the one rocking the sales game by offering Health insurance policies to both individuals and businesses. Your mission will involve identifying potential clients, presenting various policy options, and guiding clients in choosing the best coverage for them. Building lasting relationships, delivering top-notch customer service, and hitting those sales goals are all part of the adventure.
Main Duties:
- Educating clients on available health insurance policies and assisting them in selecting the most suitable one.
- Creating and executing sales strategies to reach regional objectives.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, brokers, and other key players.
- Spotting new business chances within the area.
- Training and backing up sales agents or representatives.
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor moves to fine-tune strategies.
- Meeting potential clients to grasp their insurance requirements and suggesting appropriate products.
- Ensuring adherence to regulations and company protocols.
- Teaming up with other departments like underwriting and claims to deliver top-tier customer service.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- A solid history of sales triumphs, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Skill in bonding with clients and forming enduring connections.
- Excellent presentation skills for simplifying complex ideas clearly.
- Driven by results with a determination to meet and surpass sales targets.
