Your Mission: As our ITAM Analyst and Process Coordinator, based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Global Desktop Manager, your role will be pivotal in providing operational infrastructure support, maintenance, troubleshooting to ensures optimum utilization of IT resources. This role would need to extend responsibility to handle IT Asset Management including hardware and software management. Along with this, you will be responsible for evaluating and handling multiple license types and software licensing applications, supporting software compliance audits and working with teams to maintain an effective software asset management program ensuring quality control throughout the lifecycle of all company IT assets.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

  • Develop processes, policies, standards, systems and measurements to help a company manage its IT asset portfolio.
  • Works closely with help desk, operations, Standard Services, Vendor and Procurement to ensure appropriate software licenses are available prior to deployment.
  • Responsible for Software Asset Management license maintenance activities.
  • Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.
  • Ensuring quality control throughout the lifecycle of all company IT assets
  • Ensuring an organization's assets are accounted for, deployed, maintained, upgraded, and disposed of when the time comes.
  • Ensuring compliance with supplier contracts by carrying out effective planning and monitoring.
  • Collaborates with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes related to IT services.
  • Responsibility for practically overseeing the process in action to ensure that the documented process is followed and that the daily actions are in alignment with its requirements.
  • Addressing any issues that arise with procedures, tools, or people to ensure expected process outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve.
  • Develop and maintain process and technical documentation or knowledge base.
  • Performs additional tasks that may be assigned.

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 experience in IT configuration management, asset life-cycle management, process improvement and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of reconciling software licensing and software maintenance terms and conditions between procured rights and quantities with compliant deployment of software assets.
  • Working knowledge of the procurement life-cycle and best practices
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a team, possess cross-culture experience, project management skills

It would be Nice if You Have:

  • Familiar with disaster recovery plan, business continuity plan, backup procedures, record management, preventive maintenance, ITIL processes and etc.
  • Familiar with IT audit process and requirement
