Role Description This is a full-time Technical Support Engineer role at RSM ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work.
You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution.
Qualifications Prior experience in technical support or a similar role Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting Proficiency in multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) Experience with remote support tools and software Relevant certifications (e.g.
