The role of a Support Engineer within the DS group focuses on delivering high quality technical support to developer communities.
The core duty requires providing fast and accurate resolutions to technically complex, politically charged customers while representing Microsoft in a positive, professional manner.
DSD provides 24x7 support and may require candidates to workday, evening, night, and weekend as needed.The customer base ranges from small developer to large, sophisticated enterprise customers.
