Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital experience projects. Ensure accurate tracking of project timelines, intakes, engagements, and sprint tasks.
  • Vendor and Feature Tracking: Manage the backlog and track feature requests with vendors to ensure timely updates and implementations.
  • Value Tracking: Monitor the value and impact of projects and features implemented, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Communication and Documentation: Create and maintain essential documents and communications. This includes building PowerPoint decks, technical documentation in Confluence and producing content for stakeholder presentations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, manage agendas, and keep accurate minutes to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.
  • Product Governance Support: Assist with product governance and compliance tasks, including managing user profiles and permissions, adhering to compliance policies, and documenting processes and changes.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate and provide training for servicing and application teams, ensuring they are up-to-date with new processes and product changes.

** Working Hours: This position requires working US business hours to ensure alignment and collaboration with our US-based teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or digital project settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in using project management tools and platforms, such as JIRA, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks related to digital projects is a plus.
