Responsibilities What will you contribute? This role reports into the Company Secretary Lead and supports the Company Secretarial Team.

The role covers a wide range of administrative tasks from supporting the team to stay on track with statutory compliance, liaising with internal and external key stakeholders, having responsibility for processing invoices and updating various systems.


Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsibility for the Group Statutory Compliance Tracker and updating systems
  • Ensuring expenditure is aligned to budget, processing all invoices
  • Completing various Statutory Forms and liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Required Experience:

  • Must have 1-2 years company secretarial experience
  • Prior administration experience is essential
  • Complete work efficiently, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a very fast-moving environment
