Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development professional. The role is located in Jaipur. The Sales and Business Development professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with generating new business, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and increasing sales.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Studying thoroughly regarding travel destinations (as per the team allocation)
  • Working on the sales pitch with the guidance of respective manager
  • Engaging with customers to gather information regarding their travel preferences and expectations
  • Customizing boutique itinerary as per the requirements gathered
  • Making the required changes as per customer suggestions
  • Regularly following up with all the customers in the pipeline to assist in finalizing their travel plans
  • Actively working on feedbacks provided by the manager and team lead
  • Working towards chasing the lead-to-sales conversion % and sales targets defined by the manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or any other Graduation degree
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in travel or sales is a plus
  • Prior track record of meeting/exceeding your targets is a plus
