Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in procurement, ecommerce, or government procurement processes.
  • Prior experience in handling public procurement portals like GeM is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with government procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • We require a person for cataloguing and participating in tenders for GEM portal.
  • Someone who will be required to give quotations to other clients.
  • Keep track and monitor various online tender portals and GeM Liaising with government bodies for tender inquires
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including government agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the GeM portal including user management, catalog management, and order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate procurement activities.
  • Monitor and analyze portal performance metrics and generate reports as required.
  • Provide training and support to users on GeM portal usage and functionalities.
  • Stay updated on changes in government procurement policies and implement necessary changes in the portal.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT support for resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes on the GeM portal.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity on the portal.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance user experience and adoption of the GeM portal.
