Job Profile-

Designation:
Growth & Client Servicing Executive

You will be part of the Client Servicing Team that offers client solutions in an innovative manner

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management Understand the client's brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to execute effective campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback.
  • Coordination and collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ideate and conceptualize weekly/monthly content calendars, pitches, and campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the deliverables.
  • Work with agency principals and clients on strategic positioning and planning.


Research
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention
  • Strategize go to market plans across the digital ecosystem which would include strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics and budget.
  • Timelines and Schedules
  • Assist managers from different functions in prioritizing tasks and maintaining timelines and schedules.
  • Prioritize tasks across various brands ensuring the timely & accurate delivery of client work.
  • Reports-Ensure timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for the purpose of social media and brand analysis report creation
  • Assist in creating reports for social media and brand analysis.
  • Create & update weekly calendar
  • Time Management
  • Vendor Management-Invoicing and followup on payments.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Determining clients' requirements, upselling ideas, working on pitches, and maintaining a digital presence across all digital channels.
  • Take responsibility for all outputs on one's accounts
  • Take control and report on all aspects to your immediate manager
  • Being a team player and mentoring young executives and managers to grow them into future leaders.
  • Take accountability for work on all fronts/have a good presence of mind

Requirements:

Education:
Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or a relevant field (mandatory)

Experience:1 year to 2 years minimum in Digital Marketing Agency, Branding and Creative Agency.

Skills:

  • 1 year to 2 years of industry experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in Client Servicing and Account Management in a digital agency is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Solution based approach & strong strategic thinking
  • Quick thinking/Strong presence of mind
  • Proven & demonstrable experience of being able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft office
  • Excellent leadership skills ,Presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills and ability to keep client projects on plan and on
  • Should have an understanding of the latest trends, Good understanding of social media platforms, knowledge of media amplification. Professional approach to time, costs and deadline.
  • Work with agency principals and clients on strategic positioning and planning.
  • Participate in business development presentations and meetings as appropriate.
