As the Head of Account and Finance at our broking firm, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing effective financial strategies to support the firm's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.
Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.
Accounting and Reporting:
Supervise the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate with external auditors for financial audits.
Treasury Management:
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk by monitoring and forecasting cash flows and investments.
Implement effective treasury strategies to optimize working capital and mitigate financial risks.
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure access to appropriate financing options.
Regulatory Compliance:

Proven experience (8 years) in a senior financial management role within the brokerage or financial services industry.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
