Role & responsibilities
Team Responsibilities:
Gathering job related information from VMS portals and posting that information into Applicationtracking systemsUpdate job related notifications real-time in the internal ATS from VMS portalsPerform submissions in the client VMS portals as per account specificationsCalculate bill/pay rates and update as per client markupsCalculate bill/pay rates and update as per client markupsPerforming quality check of the profiles before submitting in client portalsInteract with various account managers and ensure proper communications across all assignedaccountsUpdate job status in Application tracking systems
Key Role and ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management where multiple businesses have different prioritiesPeople and Process Management seamlessly in a structured/unstructured environmentEnsuring that Business delivery plans are being adhered to as per agreement with the onshore teamGrowing and developing the team to become independent in the longer runBuilding and sustaining Strong relationship across business stakeholdersAbility to manage various Financial ProcessesMeeting KPIs, Goals and maintaining SOPs to build a strong foundation for the team to expand furtherFocus on collaboration and Continuous ImprovementWork closely with business stakeholders Onshore and help them sustain service levelsGrooming team members and help create SMEsKey Skills Required8 plus years of experience in managing recruitment and ATS based roles (2 years in Assistant Manager orManager roleShould currently be working as a Manager or as an Assistant Manager with 3+ years at that levelShould have led/managed a team of 10 plus- people across multiple sub groups withinStrong Problem Solving Skills with a Keen Eye/Execution for Process ImprovementPrior experience into recruitment, and exposure to various ATS tools is desiredMetrics Management and Creation.

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):Bachelors degree in any disciplineMBA in any field would be desired
