Job DescriptionAbout the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PLM - Unifier Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle's Primavera Unifier solution.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation support.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to define project goals, develop project plans, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading 3 or more successful implementations of similar PLM or enterprise software projects.

SAP - Finance certified professional.

Strong domain knowledge in Real Estate and Finance.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience as a Business Analyst for an SAP S/4 HANA modernization project is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on PLM or enterprise software implementations.

Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Unifier solutions.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile preferred).

Strong understanding of project lifecycle management processes and principles.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with other PLM systems and related technologies is a plus.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead PLM projects using Oracle's Primavera Unifier from initiation to post-implementation support.

Manage all aspects of module installation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (business users, IT, consultants, vendors).

Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to users.

Continuously improve project management processes and share best practices across the organization.
