Here at our company, we are looking for an SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant who will be a key player in deploying SAP QM solutions for our clients.

You will have the exciting task of understanding client needs, creating and setting up SAP QM modules, making sure they merge seamlessly with other SAP modules, testing solutions, training users, and providing ongoing support, all while finding ways to enhance processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.


Job Summary:

As an SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant, you will be pivotal in implementing SAP QM solutions for our clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Gather Client Requirements: Collaborate with clients to grasp their quality management needs and business processes.
  • Design SAP QM Solutions: Use your expertise to craft customized SAP QM solutions that align with client needs.
  • Configure and Customize SAP QM Module: Implement SAP QM features by configuring and customizing the module to client specifications.
  • Ensure Seamless Integration: Collaborate closely with other SAP modules like Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD) for a smooth integration of SAP QM.
  • Test Solutions: Conduct thorough testing of SAP QM solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Provide User Training and Support: Train end-users on SAP QM features and offer consistent support to resolve any issues or queries.
  • Document Configurations: Record all configurations, processes, and user manuals for future reference and sharing of knowledge.
  • Ongoing Improvement: Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance the SAP QM environment and make process optimizations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • SAP QM Module Expertise: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP QM module setup and implementation.
  • Quality Control Processes: Understanding of quality management principles, quality inspection management, and top practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to analyze intricate issues, pinpoint root causes, and devise effective solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in dissecting data to draw insights and make data-based decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Project Management: Experience in handling SAP QM implementation projects, covering planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to spotting process optimization opportunities and instigating continuous improvement efforts.
