Position Overview:

BEGUR & PARTNERS is on the lookout for an experienced M&A Lawyer to join their team. This role involves handling complex M&A transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and offering strategic legal advice. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of corporate law, top-notch analytical skills, and a successful track record in managing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transactional Expertise: Leading and overseeing all aspects of M&A deals, from due diligence to agreement execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring transactions adhere to relevant laws and regulations, guiding clients on regulatory matters.
  • Client Advisory: Providing counsel on the structuring and implementation of mergers, acquisitions, and more.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiating deal terms for favorable client outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions for M&A transactions.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and addressing legal risks throughout the transaction process.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact M&A.
  • Documentation: Drafting and reviewing transaction documents to ensure accuracy and legality.
  • Client Relationships: Building strong client relationships and offering tailored legal advice.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. An advanced degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate law and M&A transactions.
  • Proven experience in managing complex deals and high-value transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
