We are looking for an experienced Employee Grievances Manager who would be extremely efficient in handling employee grief/complaints and excellent in motivating employees for their progress.

The incumbent should be a good listener and quickly grasp and analyze the root cause of the grievances and work towards managing the same adhering to the overall company objectives and human resource policies.

Candidates having experience as Ethics Manager or equivalent in HR function will be preferred.

The position is based out of our Office in Delhi, Haryana, India.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bridge and manage employee relations by addressing the demands, and grievances down the line Employees.
  • Establish and maintain measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee satisfaction
  • Create a new framework for data collection from employees, improve participation in employee satisfaction surveys, and collect deep insights.
  • Maintain MIS, track and prepare reports on a monthly or periodic basis as required
  • Track all the grievances/queries of employees through the HR portal, coordinate with all the stakeholders, and resolve the queries.
  • Prepare effective policies and procedures to resolve the different types of employee grievances.
  • Create positive relationships with employees and senior leaders.
  • Retain employees by ensuring that the organization is competitive in terms of rewards, developmental opportunities, excellent work culture, and the quality of the work environment.
