Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee our full-cycle recruiting, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The HR Executive will also be responsible for employee engagement activities, sourcing strategies, and conducting performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have a background in an agency setting and possess a basic understanding of digital marketing dynamics.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Sourcing:
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across all platforms.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies aimed at fostering a positive work environment.
  • Organize and oversee employee engagement activities and events.
  • Performance Management:
  • Conduct performance and appraisal reviews, providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Monitor and apply HR best practices.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:
  • Utilize understanding of digital marketing to better align HR strategies with departmental needs and overall company goals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field. A master's degree or certification in HR would be advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer, Administrator, or another HR position, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and strong understanding of labor legislation.
  • Experience with the recruitment process and familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
