Netradyne - Learning Management System Administrator

The LMS System Administrator plays a crucial role as the product owner, ensuring that the system evolves in line with the organization's needs, staying relevant and efficient.
By offering user support, they guarantee that all users can easily access and take advantage of the educational resources, contributing to overall productivity, skill enhancement, and the organization's success.

Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Setup: Configure and manage the Learning Management System to align with the organization's requirements.
- This involves course setup, user and permission management, and ensuring the system's accessibility and user-friendliness.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on course enrollment, completion rates, user engagement, and other essential metrics to support decision-making and enhance the learning experience.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and conduct regular updates and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Product Ownership: Supervise the product lifecycle, from initial setup to continuous enhancements and updates.
- This includes collaborating with vendors, overseeing system upgrades, and ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- User Support: Offer assistance and training to users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient system utilization.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration with all platforms that interact with the LMS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as an LMS System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Preferred experience with the Northpass product.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and e-learning technologies.
- Technical skills, including troubleshooting and understanding of software and hardware configurations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques is advantageous.
