Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers for VMC machines in the assigned region or market segment.
  • Understand customer requirements, provide product demonstrations, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide presales and aftersales support, including technical assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales of industrial machinery, preferably VMC machines.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex machinery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
