Role Description
We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer with expertise in Elementor to join our dynamic web development team. As a WordPress Developer at (Company Name), your role will involve designing and implementing visually appealing and functional websites for our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating the front-end using the Elementor page builder and ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across all devices.


Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces for WordPress websites utilizing Elementor.
  • Translate comprehensive layouts and wireframes into functioning HTML pages.
  • Verify the technical viability of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize websites for peak speed and scalability.
  • Enhance and maintain existing client websites and address any arising issues.
  • Collaborate with the design team to enhance and fine-tune website specifications.
  • Ensure all website elements align with current web standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Incorporate SEO best practices in partnership with digital marketing teams.
  • Provide training to the client's team on website management and offer post-launch assistance.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and the latest Elementor enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Solid comprehension of WordPress file structure and proficiency in creating custom themes.
  • Extensive expertise in page building and design implementation utilizing Elementor.
  • Adept understanding of web markup, encompassing HTML5, CSS3.
  • Proficient knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS.
  • Skilled in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Understanding of PHP back-end development and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with interacting with RESTful APIs and formats like JSON, XML.
  • Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Capability to convert intricate layouts and wireframes into operative WordPress pages.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Photoshop or Sketch for refining designs.
  • Proficient understanding of SEO principles and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate within tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Completion of certifications or courses in Elementor, front-end technologies, or web development.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly WooCommerce, is advantageous.
  • Project management experience and collaboration across functions.
