We are looking for Account Management talents with a strong understanding of digital and brand communication, who are keen to champion great work on exciting brands.

Individuals with

6-8 years

of working experience in a

digital/integrated creative agency

with hands-on experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns across channels and platforms.


The role includes responsibility for planning, developing and managing our clients' marketing strategy to achieve their brand & business goals through digital marketing.


Some of these goals may include building brands by running campaigns, creating compelling content, better online presence, or more streamlined marketing through online channels.

Duties and responsibilitiesPlan and execute digital strategies for brands.
Present ideas and digital roadmaps to clients.
Coordinate with the creative teams & technology/digital marketing partners for the execution of digital plans.
Supervise and help execute social media management and marketing.
Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns through available data and present hypothesis and ways forward for improvement and optimization.
Monitor engagement and performance on existing digital/social assets.
Set up a list of KPIs to track for each brand, prepare and present reports on their progress.
Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology & media.

Desired skills & experience ​A digital 'native'

with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels and a

strong understanding of brand communication.
Prior hands-on experience in delivering the following: display/banner campaigns, social and mobile marketing campaigns, search, websites.
Knowledge of web analytics & associated tools.
Great interpersonal, communication & presentation skills (written & verbal)
