Role:

We're seeking an experienced HR professional who is extremely passionate about building teams and organizations. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in assembling top-notch teams and successful organizations. The individual must have a proven record in recruiting talent across various roles, ensuring smooth onboarding and induction, creating personalized plans for new employees, managing talent and performance, campus recruitment, boosting morale, and embedding the core values and competencies of the organization. Preference will be given to candidates with prior involvement in startups recognized for their high-performance culture or established MNCs in India. It's crucial that the candidate appreciates the startup environment, entrepreneurial ethos, and has collaborated with founder-led firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8-12 years of hands-on HR experience, emphasizing on forming high-performance teams and organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record in hiring talent across levels and functions.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing onboarding, talent management, and performance management initiatives.
  • Prior exposure to startups known for their high-performance culture or reputable MNCs in India.
  • Understanding and admiration for the startup culture and entrepreneurial approaches.
  • Past work involvement with founder-led enterprises is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements:

  • Vast experience in operations management, specifically in logistics, supply chain, field operations, quick commerce, and 3PL providers. Proven history of effectively leading large-scale operations teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with the capability to formulate and implement operational strategies in line with business goals. Proficiency in operational research, planning principles, and adeptness in capacity planning and service level management.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient operations. Ability to predict customer needs and propel initiatives to surpass expectations.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication proficiencies, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Innovative thinker passionate about steering operational innovation and adaptability. Quick adjustment to market changes and creative problem-solving implementation.
