Senior Digital Marketing Executive (E-commerce & Meta/Google Ads)

Job DescriptionJob Overview:

We are searching for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert with a focus on e-commerce and proficiency in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

This role demands at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on creating and optimizing advertising campaigns for e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, consumer behavior online, and the technical skills to leverage social media and search engine platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads with a focus on e-commerce objectives. Optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
  • E-commerce Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support e-commerce sales, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting:Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. Prepare regular reports for management on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to identify e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. Use insights to inform campaign strategies and product positioning.
  • Content Creation:Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant ad content that aligns with campaign goals and audience interests.
  • Budget Management:Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize returns across platforms.
Collaboration:Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure campaign and brand consistency. Provide insights and recommendations to support sales and marketing strategies.
Main Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with a focus on e-commerce and expertise in Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Creativity and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Skills:

  • Expertise in Facebook and Google Ads management, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology and digital marketing tools.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on e-commerce and managing Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
