• Answering calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using our brochures and software
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications and Resolving their queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
• Suggest solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
• Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales.
