**Responsibilities**
- Answering calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using our brochures and software
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications and Resolving their queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
- Suggest solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
- Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales.
