Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals from Engineering (R&D, Software, Hardware, Systems Engineering) to Operations (Production, Quality, SCM) and Support functions (Finance, HR, IT, QMS).
  • Manage the campus hiring cycle from endtoend. Act as point of contact for Campus Placement teams and students. Should be ready to travel to various campuses (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) during campus placements.
  • Determine current staffing needs and forecast.
  • Leverages multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates to ensure role match and cultural fitment.
  • Conduct thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration.
  • Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with hiring managers.
  • Responsible for smooth onboarding of selected candidates
  • Conduct regular followup meetings and well communication channels with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Improve candidate experience.
  • Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business Skills and Experience
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards and tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with ATS and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Experience of handling campus hiring process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets
  • Stakeholder and People Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Experience in manufacturing/ production recruitment is preferable
