About the job

Job Description

“Engineer, Process Quality” is a member of SEDEMAC’s Quality Assurance team. The primary role of the candidate is to perform product inspection and process validation at SEDEMAC, while coordinating with customer for specific requirements review & implementation. The member should be able to identify potential risks within QA & plan for risk mitigation.

The candidate is required to:

1. Knowledge of electronic & Mechanical assemblies.2. Measuring instrument handling.3. Awareness of QMS, RoHS, UL.4. Process and Product Knowledge.5. Knowledge of PLM Application.6. IPC Workmanship standard.7. Able to meet deadlines & deliver results.8. Quality documentation knowledge.9. Operator certification.10. PPAP documentation11. PFMEA, SPC, MSA12. Product inspection13. Process validation14. Line/Process Audit15. Control plan16. Customer specific requirements review & implementation ability17. Able to identify potential risks within QA & plan for risk mitigation18. Understanding the needs & expectations of stakeholders

- Poka-Yoke- Kaizen- 7 QC tools

Education

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (60% throughout)
