Associate Director – Transactional Services

We will count on you for:


Direct the service operations and functions within a Client Support Process TeamLead and drive Continuous Improvement program within the entire CSSManage all the projects within the CSSImplement short and long-term staffing strategies that aligns with the business objectives and target operating model.

Maintain robust operational management discipline as per processing metrics, Management information and professional standards.
Establish and adhere to SLA requirements with Guy Carpenter standards and clients-specific reinsurance agreements.
Operational Excellence - Building value by creating process efficiencies through upstream & downstream impact in businessDeliver quality by building a knowledge organization and encouraging, leading and guiding teams to build depth and breadth of technical expertiseWork with cross functional teams to resolve complex client and broker issues, and identify
