DESCRIPTION:

For our Field Operations department we are looking for a fulltime Survey Coordinator located in Mumbai (Bhiwandi workshop).

You will prepare, in line with the project strategy, the operational approach of our inline inspection activities and lead the field operations team.

Coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility and good communication skills are key for this function.

Responsibilities will include the following, but not limited to:

  • Point of contact towards the customer for operational matters;
  • Identify and manage risks involved to protect the project objectives;
  • Set up, guide and manage the field operations team;
  • Take charge of efficient resource allocation of the field operations;
  • Monitor, control and report project progress;
  • Prepare and review technical & HSE documentation e.g. Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis etc.;
  • Perform project evaluations and identification of potential crossfunctional process improvements by means of Lessons Learned sessions;
  • Organize and prepare project meetings, incl. preparing and updating relevant documentation;
  • Build up and maintain relationships with customers and manage subcontractors;
  • Manage financials aspects, such as penalties, standby and upselling with the customers.
  • Timely invoicing and collections support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical background due to education e.g. Mechanical Engineering or similar;
  • Project management experience, certification of PM methods such as PMP, PRINCE2 and/or IPMA are a plus;
  • 3 years' work experience in a similar position, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry or service environment;
  • Proactive/Selfstarter taking ownership and responsibility for own projects and/or tasks;
  • Team player with leadership skills, capable to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills within an international environment;
  • Independent, confident and customerfocused mindset;
  • Ability to perform activities in a resultoriented manner and work effectively to meet tight deadlines;
  • Affinity with computers and knowledge of standard MS office software;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbally and in writing);
