Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the assignment entrusted by the top management
  • Maintenance of Properties and liaise with vendors for completion of work.
  • Purchase of office consumables and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate with vendors for periodic maintenance of hardware devices, air conditioners,carpending works etc in various premises.
  • Monitoring housekeeping and facility management
  • Ensure periodic maintenance of vehicles.
  • Dispatch of letters / documents
  • Attending the bank works
  • Ensuring the various statutory bill payments
  • Should come and open the entrance door before the office time shift starts.
  • Authorize entrance of people and secures all exits, doors and windows.
  • Maintaining office stocks and accounts
  • Verifying the documents and address of new hires.

Must Have

  • Car driving
  • Immediate joining
  • Timing: 08.25 AM to 07.00 PM
  • Office location: Purasaiwalkam
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday
