Wells Fargo is seeking a Control Managment Senior Manager leading the Strategic Execution and Operations (SEO) Action Plan Implementation Platform (APIP) Enablement Team.
This role will focus on supporting and enhancing the existing business tool suite as well as evolving it into a cohesive, standardized suite for driving effective regulatory program management execution and governance activities.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of managers, experienced officers, and officers in roles with moderate complexity and risk in accomplishing goals and priorities associated with the functional areaEngage and influence corporate heads, business heads, legal, audit, regulators, and industry partners associated with the function, or who are affected by its outcomesIdentify and recommend Business Controls opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by managing and directing teams on strategy and execution of activitiesDetermine appropriate strategies and actions of Business Controls functional area to meet moderate to high risk deliverables by ensuring that all business risk issues are proactively identified and addressed appropriatelyInterpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within defined scope of responsibilityCollaborate with and influence key stakeholders including managersInteract directly with relevant business groupsManage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and aligned with strategic objectives in Business Controls functional areaDevelop and guide a culture of Business Controls talent development to meet business objectives and strategiesRequired Qualifications:
6+ years of Risk Management or Business Controls experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of Management experienceDesired Qualifications:
Good experience in the role of a Product Owner, Technical development manager and / or product solutions development leaderProviding vision, direction, and expertise for the APIP Business Tool suite in simplification and creation of capabilities within the Microsoft Power PlatformPlanning, guiding, designing, creating, and supporting capabilities that meet user expectations in a straightforward and sustainable mannerIdentifying improvements for existing functionality to improve performance and/or usabilityLeading creation of proof of concepts, performing research on product technologies and structures to implement into design conceptsBringing current industry trends and new features/functionality from Microsoft Power Platform and like tools into design of capabilitiesCollaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues and Product Owners to achieve goals related to assessing business needs and producing feasible, useful solutions that delightEstablishing standards and best practices along with innovating techniques, routines, and projectsMaking decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional areas, governance standards, and productsResolving issues and seeking alternative solutions while delivering expected resultsPerforming assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex problems and developing appropriate solutions or recommendationsExecuting controls as required to mitigate riskJob Expectations:
5-10 years' experience creating leveraging Microsoft Power Platform Tools, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPointExperience creating applications for Microsoft Power Platform using Canvas and/or Model Driven frameworks.
Net (C#) and Javascript experience interacting with ODATA and REST endpoints for Dynamics 365/Power PlatformUnderstanding of Microsoft DataverseUnderstanding of security within Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform applicationsMicrosoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferredExperience in agile development methodologies, developing business tools and products.
