The Front OfficeAssociate contributes to the overall guest experience byefficiently managing checkins checkouts inquiries and assistingwith various administrative tasks.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Welcome and checkinguests in a professional and friendlymanner
  • Handle guest inquiries and provideaccurate information about facilities andservices
  • Process guest checkouts efficientlyand accurately
  • Manage reservations and roomassignments to optimize occupancy
  • Assist incoordinating guest requests and specialarrangements
  • Handle telephone calls andredirect them as necessary
  • Ensure the frontdesk area is tidy and presentable
  • Collaboratewith other departments to ensure guestsatisfaction
  • Administer and manage guestaccounts including billing and roomcharges
  • Keep updated records of bookings andpayments
  • Assist with administrative duties suchas filing data entry and correspondence
  • Handlecomplaints and ensure swift resolution with a focus on guestsatisfaction
  • Follow company policies andprocedures to ensure operationalefficiency
  • Contribute to a positive teamenvironment and uphold a high standard of customerservice
  • Adhere to security and safetyprotocols
RequiredQualifications:
  • High school diplomaor equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customerservice or hospitality role
  • Proficiency inusing computer systems and officesoftware
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks andprioritize effectively
  • Excellent organizationaland time management abilities
  • Attention todetail and accuracy in handling guestinformation
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced anddynamic environment
  • Knowledge of hotel serviceslocal area attractions andamenities
  • Customerfocused mindset anddedication to providing exceptionalservice
  • Flexibility to work in shifts includingevenings weekends and holidays
