Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Has been part of HRIS implementation
  • Able to work effectively to manage HR software implementation by understanding client's requirements
  • Collaborate effectively for the HRIS implementation between the client and technical team
  • Assist hiring managers in designing the HRIS tool
  • Should be part of the HR Operations team who is responsible for the HRIS implementation.

Experience and Requirements

What we expect:

  • Proven experience as HR Business Analyst
  • Strong HRIS Implementation skills
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of various employment/labor laws
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Post-Graduation in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training / certification will be a plus
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience post MBA
  • You will align to the Company's core values teamwork, integrity, and excellence

Qualification:

  • MBA degree from Tier 1 B School

Skills:

  • Work experience as a Business Analyst who can drive the HRIS implementation with minimum 5 plus years of experience
  • Strong experience as a Techno functional in driving the HRIS
  • Experience using Human Resources Management Systems
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll, and employee benefits
  • MBA in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Excellent, oral and written skills
  • Experience in creating process documents will be an added advantage.
