CTC:

Experience: 3-5 yrs

Bangalore

Working Mode:
On-Site

Primary skills:
IT Hardware & software sales, B2B sales, B2C sales and End to End sales.

Qualification:
Any Engineering/ Computers degree

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B and B2C clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding the needs and providing appropriate IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Educate clients about the features and benefits of our IT infrastructure, software olutions, SAAS products, and cloud services.
  • Provide pre-sales support by conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high level customer
satisfaction and retention.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track sales performance identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns promotional
activities to drive sales growth.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences promote our brand and network with potential clients.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution service sales, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT-based hardware and software solutions, cloud services, and SAAS products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting techniques.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for sales and customes satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
