Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials for client meetings.

Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to fulfill orders and resolve any issues or delays.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications.

Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and following up on leads. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive products. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to optimize sales strategies and target market segments effectively.

Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to track performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for sales growth.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure adequate stock availability to fulfill customer orders. Alert management to any inventory shortages or excesses.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the CRM system or database. Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.

Pay:
Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
